Following a Huge Smash Megahit Duckpins is a huge task for anyone to attempt, but
darn it, I'm the only one who could think about trying. My second major
animated undertaking is entitled Hamster Havoc. The 'toon
was developed in June of '96. Primary Production occured during July, and
the in the first week of August Editing, Audio, and some last minute
rendering was done.
Once again, my weapon of choice was Martin Hash's 3D Animation Pro.
And once again, I have no intention of doing this alone- I sucked poor Nate
Oostendorp in as my official Sound Mentat.
The pay is low, the rewards few, and since this doesn't faze him a bit, I
guess he's the perfect guy for the job.

Here he is, the star of Hamster Havoc,
Harvey the Hamster! While Harvey rumours of Mr.
Hamster's $5 million signing bonus with RMF was exagerated, it certainly
was a shock to industry analysts. The day after creating this render,
intense research (a couple of keyword searches on Lycos) revealed several
interesting facts about Hamsters, several of which forced Harvey to undergo
serious constructive surgery to prep him for the part.

To your left you see a high quality Production
Still from Hamster Havoc. This shot occurs about a third into the
cartoon. Mr. Hamster performed most of his own stunts in the production,
including this incredible shot where he was hurled hundreds
of feet with high powered fans.

Finally we've reached the end. This last production shot
shows another key turning point in the film. Feel free to download the
whole .AVI and check it out. Also, if you want to see my other animation
go back to Duckpins and see what you're missing.
